I've seen these races live. People think they're buying a jet ski and a river, and renting a kayak and the river for exclusive use. As if that weren't enough, the alcohol content often goes hand in hand;

I am convinced that they see themselves as lovers of nature, in which they like to spend time;

Seriously!? Tons of people paddleboard this route. Tons of people with small children;

Jet ski on a river! You really need zero imagination and even less respect for nature and other people. A river is no place for noise, exhaust fumes, and public displays. Want to race? Go to the fairway, don't run over wildlife or endanger kayakers. That's not bravery—it's just thoughtlessness. I hope the people involved in the video are punished.

The Piława River

The Piława is the longest right tributary of the Gwda River. It flows through the South Pomeranian Lake District, in the West Pomeranian and Greater Poland Voivodeships. It begins at Lake Komorze and flows into the Gwda in the village of Dobrzyca. The largest lake in its course is Lake Pile.

There is a kayaking trail along the river.
